Description

As the number one person in the company for Indonesian market, the Country Director is responsible for the full business cycle of the company, such as:

• Building the team from scratch
• Hiring top talents based on the designated teams to ensure solid team
• Coaching and training key employees aligned with the company's vision and mission
• Assuming full commercial responsibilities of the products owned by the company
• Providing direction and strategy formulation for the company's and the products' growth
• Managing other and external affairs related to the sustainability of the company
• Taking full ownership of the company's P&L
• Being the spearhead of the company's future in Indonesia

Profile

The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least:

• Bachelor's Degree from top-tier universities; MBA is a huge plus
• 12 years of working experiences, with solid leadership exposure
• Background in multinational technology/digital/internet company is an enormous plus point
• Background in top-tier consulting firm is a huge benefit
• Passion in building digital businesses with very dynamic environment
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Solid track-record in building or growing businesses
• Strong drive for data and analytic
