The Roles of successful candidate will be

• Overseing and Managing the Administration, Legal matters, Finance and General Affair activities
• Coordinate and represent the Organization in meetings with local government officials, administrators, associations & business partners.
• Establish working relationships with these stakeholders to provide information and explanations on the organiztion's business polices and practices.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and strategic plans to accomplish these objectives.
• Responsible for Organization’s day-to-day operating activities, including strategy, supporting development, establishing policies that promote Organization
• Updating the share holders/members regarding regulation changes and the potential impact to the business

The Requirements should be:

• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant study such as Public Policy, Economy, Legal, Communication, Telco and ICT.
• Have significant working experience in liaising with government stakeholder
• Accountable to handle the administration of corporate governance matters, including director/officer/shareholder matters
• Having Excellent knowledge and experience in Telecommunication and Internet Business industry.
• Has excellent knowledge and experience in translating strategic plans to accomplish the objectives.
• At least 10 - 15 years in a different senior management role
• a high caliber individual with an impressive track record in operation, and general management affairs.
• Good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations.
• Existing networks in the ministry of ICT will be a plus
